This site's stars-hyg-v41.bin selects stars of apparent magnitude 5.0 or brighter,
omits entries without a colour index, and quantizes right ascension, declination,
magnitude and colour index. The adapted data file is distributed under the same
Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 license.
